ph pub ("ph pub," "we," "us," "our") is the personal information controller responsible for the personal data you provide when registering and using the ph pub platform at phpub.lat. ph pub operates within the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework and is subject to Philippine data protection law.

These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on ph pub's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
ph pub will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), law enforcement agencies, and courts as required by Philippine law. ph pub will comply with valid legal orders, subpoenas, and regulatory directives without necessarily providing prior notice to the affected data subject where legally prohibited from doing so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of ph pub's assets, personal data held by ph pub may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent data protection obligations and notification to affected data subjects where required by Philippine law.
No Third-Party Marketing Sharing: ph pub will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes without your explicit, informed consent.
Some of ph pub's third-party service providers may be located outside the Philippines. ph pub does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above under PAGCOR regulations. ph pub enforces age verification through government-issued Philippine ID at registration. If ph pub discovers that personal data has been collected from a minor in breach of these restrictions, the account will be immediately closed and all data deleted, except where retention is required for regulatory reporting purposes.
