These are the foundational rules that govern every ph pub account and every interaction on the platform.
ph pub strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years. Registration requires government-issued Philippine ID verification. Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately terminated and balances forfeited.

Zero Tolerance: Any individual found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately and permanently terminated. ph pub is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. Players must be physically located within the Philippines or be Philippine citizens/residents accessing the Platform in compliance with applicable local laws. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that accessing ph pub does not violate any law applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) ph pub account only. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied. Accounts with zero balances that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.
ph pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), and USDT. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional verification under PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering compliance protocols.
Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your ph pub wallet within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, GCash, or any payment provider while funds are active in your ph pub account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph pub will immediately suspend the account, void all pending winnings, and pursue recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal channels.

ph pub's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player on ph pub in the sixty (60) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
ph pub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. ph pub will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.
ph pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent or prohibited activity is suspected; (c) required to do so by PAGCOR or any Philippine regulatory authority; (d) the account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory investigation.
Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is terminated for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, ph pub will return the verified balance to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any applicable AML checks.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph pub's 24/7 live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Closing an account does not affect pending withdrawal requests already in processing.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of ph pub shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines shall be deemed incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

PAGCOR acts as the licensing and regulatory authority. Players may also file complaints with PAGCOR regarding regulatory compliance matters. ph pub is required to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
ph pub reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the Platform's announcement system, registered email address, or prominent notice on the ph pub website prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of ph pub following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ph pub and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
